I have found that using running as a method to de-stress. I find that every time I seem to go running after I finish I experience a kind of deja vu as if I had done this before..
The next time I go for a run I feel stronger, I seem to have more feeling in limbs I had not as much before v.strange.
Thought I’d drop this in above, this is something everybody really needs to understand about themselves. How they walk/biomechanics how their foot strikes the floor. Really quite interesting as if you look at the bottom of your shoes you will see where it wears the most. Depending on where the sole is worn would tell you how you move.
My running trainers wear on the outside edge so my foot rolls over indicating supinated and so I buy motion control trainers in order to prevent it and help me walk/run without causing stress to my spine.
Does this get sent through?
Yep, that got through okay!!
